The breakfast here is top-notch! It's so good, especially the yogurt and cake. 😋 the room was super clean and had a nice setup, including a balcony, shower, and a cozy bed.

I had a medical emergency and they helped me a lot. hotel nurses are very attentive. doctor too. especially Jasmine. housekeeper. Who was worried every day about how I was doing. beach is very good and swimming pool too.

The travel agency over there. Very bad and poor staff will. In 8 days she couldn't resolve to include me in a tour because I travel alone and all are at least 2 people. Breakfast: if you arrive at a busy time you will have to wait a long time. And there is a tremendous noise inside. It can be positive for some but negative for others: the hotel is isolated from everything unless you take a taxi to go somewhere. If you're going to stay there alone, it's ideal. And another thing... lots of family. Full of kids. Depending on who you go with, it might be good or not.

This hotel was fine base for exploring Punta Engano, liked it and venue’s incredibly nice and consistently courteous staff that provides great service. The breakfast with yogurt and the cake, as example was tasty and delicious.

Rooms here are well-kept and clean, plus they come with a free breakfast 🥞. They provide all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

The staff is affable here, the services are terrific, and location is absolutely perfect just off Filipino festa in Sails as well as the centre of town. The breakfast is abundant, the room is tidy and well-maintained. The poolside bar is executive, loved this place...

Great service here, and the room is spacious with all the necessary facilities, including a lovely balcony 🌞. The pool area is also pretty nice.

- activities, food and nightly rate very expensive - location in relation to activities - the bus to the mall leaving before 5:30 when it said it would leave - no free shuttle to the airport (there is a free shuttle to the malls but not the airport - makes no sense)

It has well-maintained and modern rooms and a nice pool. Staff is decent and best and you can park your car on site.

The room with sea views was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice.- The staff were the best.

Good view and nice beach

The place is jam packed full of large package holiday groups, mostly from Korea, as well as staff on company retreats whose events on the beach caused a lot of noise. The club at the end of the jetty can also be very noisy when you're trying to sleep with young children (fireworks 2x in a week!). The staff are friendly but mostly incompetent having nearly misplaced our passport at check-in and reneging on a complimentary transfer to the airport (which they eventually agreed to after much arguing).

The staffs are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and nice.

Roomy space with a nice flat screen TV that has cable, a mini-fridge, and a safe to keep your stuff secure! 📺

Not so far from the airport, but up to the traffic! Just across a Mall (SM Cebu). Also not far to Ayala Center!

Poolside a little noisy and smelly from fhe traffic (exhausts).

The place is nice amenities and facilities but upon chrck in we already git disappointed, we arrived at 3:30pm we were recueved by the personal took infos as nirmal check in does, we were told to sit for a while but we waited for almost 20minutes and when my husband ask whats taking long we were told the roomis not ready where there normal check in time is at 3pm ,, so this is totally unacceptable, addition to that we were not the only people waited for so long many were waitingto check in, the hotel was fully booked but seems like the staff is not ready and cannot handle the capacity in the restaurant. Theyre staff seems to be confused and doesnt know what they should do.The staff are nice but they are very very slow.. And this hotel is over priced. If not with the spacious room and beautiful scenery we wouldnt have stayed one more day.
